Etudes en France's Maintenance status

This article will be updated regularly to keep you up to date with the progress of the maintenance of the Etudes en France platform.

Dear users,

We are writing to provide an important update regarding the ongoing maintenance of the Études en France platform:

  • For those who have already completed their TLS Contact appointment:
    • The issuing of your visa is ongoing, and delivery should be assured.
  • For those who did not complete the Etudes en France process (i.e., did not receive the EEF acceptance letter):
    • The visa process will be halted until further notice, as we are unable to issue the required document.
    • All processing fee payments that were made but couldn't be validated won't be lost. We will approve your file as soon as the platform is back online.

Please be assured that we are working to minimize any delays. If the issue is not resolved by tomorrow, we will contact French institutions to inform them of the situation, ensuring that no delays will be held against you.

Dear users,

We regret to inform you that the Études en France platform is currently undergoing maintenance due to security reasons. This necessary measure has been implemented to protect our users' sensitive data and ensure the integrity of our systems.

As a result of this maintenance the platform is temporarily inaccessible and all current course applications, including DAP (first year of licence), are postponed until further notice.

Our central team in Paris is working diligently to resolve these technical issues and enhance the platform's security.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause to your plans and applications, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption.

We want to assure you that we are exploring solutions to bypass the platform for visa procedures during this maintenance period. We will contact you soon with detailed information on alternative methods to proceed with your applications.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to restore access promptly while ensuring the highest level of data protection for our users.
