For those who have started their visa application through the alternative procedure described below, please continue following it.

Update: 30/12/2024 - 10:00
Dear users,
First and foremost, we sincerely apologise again for the ongoing maintenance of the EEF platform and the delay in communicating with you. This delay was necessary to establish a process that is proportional to the security concerns we are addressing and to prevent any confusions.
We want to reassure you that the security breach is being actively addressed. A quarantine has been placed around the platform, which applies to all users, including our staff. This measure ensures that any potential leak of personal documents is impossible.
We have been informed that the website will remain under maintenance until January 15th. In light of this, we have implemented the following changes:
Course Applications
All course applications have been postponed indefinitely. Once the platform is operational again, we will inform you about the new application deadline. Please be assured that this delay will not negatively affect your application in any way. While it may give us slightly less time to set up interviews, the overall process remains intact.
Visa Applications
For those using EEF exclusively for visa procedures, please follow this new procedure:
I have not started nor completed the process before the maintenance
- Send your acceptance letter from the French institution to londres@campusfrance.org. In the body of the email, please indicate:
- You full name as written on your passport
- Your date of birth (format DD/MM/YYYY)
- Your nationality
- The date of expiry of your passport (format DD/MM/YYYY)
- We will then send you the instruction for the payment of the processing fee of £110. If you have paid already, share with us the date of the payment.
- Finally, we will send you the EEF certificate.
- The following steps will be outlined in the certificate
- If you created an EEF account before the maintenance:
- Please include your EEF number in the email (format: GB24-XXXXX)
- This number should be in a message you received after setting up your account
- If you don't know your EEF number or didn't create an account, we will assign you a number manually
I had completed the process but I didn't download the certificate
During your appointment at the TLS Centre, show the last automatic email you received as proof of completion.

Following new details provided today by the technical team, we should have more information for you next Friday or Monday. An alternative method, without Etudes en France, will be put in place shortly.

Dear users,
A few clarifications for those who have completed the Etudes en France procedure but who have not yet had their TLS appointment.
You can use the last email you received, asking you to download/print the certificate, as proof that you have completed the procedure and this will be accepted by the TLS centres.
We will give further update today before we close for the next 3 days.

Dear users,
We are writing to provide an important update regarding the ongoing maintenance of the Études en France platform:
- For those who have already completed their TLS Contact appointment:
- The issuing of your visa is ongoing, and delivery should be assured.
- For those who did not complete the Etudes en France process (i.e., did not receive the EEF acceptance letter):
- The visa process will be halted until further notice, as we are unable to issue the required document.
- All processing fee payments that were made but couldn't be validated won't be lost. We will approve your file as soon as the platform is back online.
Please be assured that we are working to minimize any delays. If the issue is not resolved by tomorrow, we will contact French institutions to inform them of the situation, ensuring that no delays will be held against you.
We appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this time.

Dear users,
We regret to inform you that the Études en France platform is currently undergoing maintenance due to security reasons. This necessary measure has been implemented to protect our users' sensitive data and ensure the integrity of our systems.
As a result of this maintenance the platform is temporarily inaccessible and all current course applications, including DAP (first year of licence), are postponed until further notice.
Our central team in Paris is working diligently to resolve these technical issues and enhance the platform's security.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause to your plans and applications, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption.
We want to assure you that we are exploring solutions to bypass the platform for visa procedures during this maintenance period. We will contact you soon with detailed information on alternative methods to proceed with your applications.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to restore access promptly while ensuring the highest level of data protection for our users.
